Rebates & Fees
Mental health problems are common in today’s society with approximately one in four Australians experiencing mental health issues at some point in their life. If you are feeling unhappy, stressed or are experiencing a difficult situation, you may benefit from counselling.
Medicare provides rebated counselling sessions when you have a Mental Health Care Plan; we recommend you visit your GP to discuss your suitability for the programme. A Mental Health Care Plan entitles you to receive a rebate of up to $89.65 making counselling with one of our experienced psychologists more affordable. We will stay in touch with your doctor to ensure you receive the best holistic care and support.
Alternatively, you may be eligible for a rebate via your private health insurance fund. We offer a HICAPS facility at our centre, enabling an instant rebate into your chosen account.
Unfortunately our bulk-billing books are currently closed to new patients however in special circumstances we offer a discounted fee for low-income earners.

Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. To avoid cancellation fees we kindly request clients reschedule or cancel at least two business days prior to their appointment.

100% of the consultation fee also applies to bulk-billed appointments. Medicare, private health funds and third-party payers do not cover payment of cancellation fees. All cancellation fees are payable by the client except in the case of some EAP providers, which will result in the loss of one allocated session.
