At The Psychology, Counselling and Wellbeing Centre, Brisbane, we've designed strategies to assist people who suffer from mild, moderate or severe depression. By utilising a range of techniques which specifically help the recognition of triggers for depression, you will be able to reduce and manage symptoms.


Each session creates an opportunity for:

  • greater confidence and strategies to lift depression

  • regain your drive, motivation, and energy and re-engage with your loved ones

  • a better understanding about why you may wake up tired, unmotivated and flat, and what you can do about it

  • skills to break the cycle of depression and prevent relapse

  • techniques for managing unhelpful thinking and unproductive behaviours so that negative habits may finally cease
