Julie Keegel

Julie Keegel is a registered psychologist and has experience working with children, adolescents, young people, adults, families and older adults in both private and public health settings. She has a particular interest in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, stress, medical and health problems, insomnia, weight management and eating disorders.
Julie primarily uses a Cognitive-Behavioural approach to treatment, but also has experience using Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. As a therapist, Julie believes in providing her clients with a warm and supportive environment in which she can work collaboratively with them towards achieving positive outcomes.
