The Counselling and Wellbeing Centers’ workshops are designed for individuals who suffer from mild, moderate or severe depression. The course is designed to offer individuals self-help skills to assist them in recognising depression triggers and to reduce and manage their symptoms.
Upon completion of this course you will gain:
- Greater confidence and strategies useful in lifting depression
- A better understanding of why you may wake up tired and unmotivated – and what you can do about it.
- Skills to break the cycle of depression and prevent relapse.
- A range of useful tips and strategies for daily life
- Techniques for managing unhelpful thinking and unproductive behaviours so that pessimistic rumination may finally cease
